Separate and use the "b" for bold
Use the enter key twice after your last paragraph and then click on the "b" icon towards the left hand of the screen above the posting box. Then type in your subheading using a key concept from the paragraph to come. Click on the "b" icon again when you complete your subheading and click enter twice. Now you can continue typing as normal.
An Alternate Method
An alternate method to completing the same task is to type out the subheading and paragraphs in the normal font and then go back later and highlight the text you want in bold by holding down the left button on your mouse. Once the text is highlighted, click the "b" icon as outlined in the previous paragraph. Move your mouse away from the highlighted text and left click again. Your text will be highlighted.
Make it snazzier by adding color
You can add color to the subhead equation using either of the two methods above. Simply click on the second T (the one with the color box next to it) and choose a color when you are using the bolding. You might do this to match an accent color in your blog design or just for fun. If you are going to use color, be sure to choose a dark color for this purpose. Light colors will strain the eyes and negate the entire purpose of the subheading!
